Sherwood, AR		Upgraded from ME to XP and lost ground

I upgraded my PC from WinME to WinXP Pro today and even after re-tweaking, my speed has dropped from 1300 to 1287. Do you think that is a result of the XP OS or the fact that I changed from RASPPPOE to WinXP pppoe?

I think its WinXP PPPoE makes a difference, I suggest you try RASPPPoE again and see if speeds return.
