[XP] my 3rd hard drive won't work

This hard drive is connecting to a IDE Control Card, not on the motherboard. I'm wondering what is the problem because the Control Card Bios detected this hard drive when I boot up my computer. I saw a simular post in here and the answer was to set a partition, but I don't know how. Here are some screen shots I took:

You need to give it a file system ie format it, to NTFS, or FAT32, and/or partition it
