Eureka! Surfing tonight with new connection!

I finally have everything setup! Turns out that the building where the receiving antenna was being mounted has a great deal of interference. After 2 days of trying to lineup the antennas and building a rifle telescope on a bracket (picture to come) to try to get a signal. We ended up having to mount the AP and the antenna away outside and away from the building in order to get a connection.

Connection is good. I am getting a 3Mbps (of my 3.1Mbps service) I still need to get the E-Mail addresses' password and detail of the contract.

It's snowing tonight and the AP is hanging off the wall in a plastic bag. Next week, we will mount everything in a insulated box properly.

I'll try to take some pictures and post a wrap-up of this project. Thanks every one.
