I also filed a complaint with the PUC against Pacific Bell for not allowing the old line to be re-used.
Somehow the line is already in use and Pacific Bell will not correct the problem.
All fixed my old line speed is working 784SDSL and my loop length is about 1,000` shorter than the old NP line

Yippeee!! After two months, I'm now back on SDSL! Three cheers for Megapath for getting me back up despite PacBell's attempts to give me a DSL-incapable line and refusal to hot-swap me, "losing" me in the database and inumerable other obstacles...Thank you to Arnold, Christina, Shawn, and Cody at Megapath.... |

Downingtown, PA |  It never ceases to amaze me, at least in Verizon country, if you call for a phone they can find 2 wires without any trouble. You can be up and running in a few days. If a CLEC calls they can't find their rear-end.
