Verizon WIRELESS is not the same as Verizon the RBOC. In fact, Verizon the RBOC only owns half of VW: Vodaphone owns the other half.
Please get your companies straight before unloading both barrels. Trust me, as I live in PA, I want my $2B back as much as you do. |

Verizon has settled the suit with customers, but denies having done anything wrong. I've seen similar verbiage in every class action settlement that has landed in my mailbox over the past 10 years (none of which were from Verizon). |
