Re: Errors TODAY sending hotmail w/Outlook Express?

I am not 100% sure but I think Hotmail is going/has started charging users a fee to use Outlook Express to retrieve email. This is just a guess since my OE stopped working a little while ago and every time I try to set it back up Hotmail leads me to a "upgrade to premium service" message.
If this is incorrect please let me know. It's not important for me to use OE but I'll try setting up the accounts again.

clubs:		 I just sent emails from Outlook Express 6 using 2 different free Hotmail accounts and did not see an error.
