Autosense allows it to find the best communication method based on current environment. Setting it to 10BaseT Full means it will only communicate at that level.

H0H 0H0		 On Rogers, people are generally more succesful with 10BT Half Duplex or Autosense rather than Full Duplex, but your mileage may vary.
