| Has nothing but net stopped billing credit cards?
I am presently a subscriber with nothing but net. My credit card has not been billed since october 10, 2003. I have emailed them so they know about it yet they still don't bill my credit card. Furthermore i have received a bill for a quarterly payment while still paying monthly by credit card. Anyone know what's going on with this company? Has this happened to anyone else? The internet still seems to work and their homepage is back up. |

I had the same issues with OpenWeb, a small ISP i used to be with at the beginning of 2003. I virtually had to call them every two months to remind them to bill my card, because they'd send me mailed bills saying overdue, etc. I hate small providers, they're a pain to deal with.

Wouldn't it be better for them to send you a bill quarterly?
Why would you want to pay through your credit card? The interest rates on these cards are insane.

Who says you gotta pay 'em the interest? I have three credit cards, and I've never paid a cent of interest. I always pay the balance before its due. You can always dispute credit card charges, if something goes wrong and you feel you are doublebilled, etc.
