Have you gotten the speed bump, yet? The data you supplied says, "No".

Ok, I got confused.

-Download Dr.TCP.
-Set the TCP Receive Window (RWIN) to 37752.
-Set everything with a pull down option/menu to Default.
-Blank/Clear all other fields.
-Save.
-Reboot.
-Post an up-to-date tweak test.
-Post the results of the speed test nearest you.

Put your speed in as 1500 on the Tweak test. (It wants it in kilobits/sec.)

Doesn't surprise me that the speed didn't change. WinXP will (sometimes) set the RWIN correctly and yours was not way out like some are.

Enjoy your bumped up speed.
