Rogers Bandwidth Limit

As many of you know, Rogers has imposed "soft caps" and uses their sketchy EUA to justify suspensions, yet still reap the benefits of boasting an unlimited internet service. I find this repulsing and a poor business practice on their behalf. The following link outlines my encounters with Rogers, and the responses I got. Even pursuing the matter gets nowhere. Short of a lawsuit I cannot see any way around it, other then suggesting everyone leave Rogers. I was willing to put up with their lousy service (internet and customer) until they decided to harass me over this.

Sorry for the spyware ads and other lame popups, good or decent webhosting is tough to come by.

Excellent read!

If Rogers just would tell me their damn limits then I would follow them.

You know, a more cynical person would point out that if you weren't a bandwidth hog you wouldn't have this problem. But I'm not that kind of person.
