Yeah, I know if I turn ON ActiveX I can get rid of that screen -- but there must be another way! I don't want ActiveX enabled in my Internet Zone!

I searched through my registry to try and get rid of the cookie prompt. I had no luck. I'm sure it can be done, but it probably resides deep within an .exe used by windows. You'll probably have to edit an executable to get the results you are looking for. If you find out how please let me know.
