Rep was sympathetic. Yeah.. ok.. dispatch scheduled for Friday. Was going strait to the modem and I had already removed my firewall software. Though she wouldn't tell me what "normal" was or what she got, but she said her "pings" didn't look right. Whatever. Guess I just wasn't in a good mood when I notice my slow net speeds but this is getting old. Having a SB5101, it shouldn't be a problem. But5 then again, we are talking about WOW. |

Common WOW get your head out of your ass and give people what you say they should be getting. They do, and they clearly state that Ultra and Ultra+ tiers are only up to 6Mbps when you use a WOW modem. If yo use your own you don't, and you fall back on to the old Ultra tier speeds of 4Mbps. |

Depends on what you are PAYING for. If I'm paying for a set speed, rather I OWN my modem or not, I should get that speend. I'm supose to be getting 6down/500kup.
Far from it. Then the little cop out that if you OWN your own modem they post on their speed page is bullcrap. That's like VZW telling you, buy your cell phone off ebay and not from us, then you won't get the same amount of minutes or your phone will drop more calls. The "pushing updates" out to modems and liability is bs too. VZW, Sprint, AT&T, they push PRL updates, software updates over the air to your phone rather you got in from Joe Online Seller or a retail store. Common WOW get your head out of your ass and give people what you say they should be getting. 2mbps less then what I'm suppose to get is unacceptable and there is NO excuse for such piss poor performance.
