Once again, I am being FOC'ed

Verizon's field installers are coming out yet again, this time on the 7th of June, to see if they are as competent as their billing department, which finds me unerringly every month.

Who nows? Perhaps this time they won't... FOC up.

Good luck Chipinphilly! I thought that you would for sure have DSL restored before me. BTW, I got a letter from the Wisconsin PSC. They want to know more about Northpoint shut down. So I have to fill out forms and send a copy of my contract to them. We'll see what happens.
