Seems like this would block all mailing lists that preserve the senders from field.
The From: field is the wrong one to check, since it is not even required by the SMTP protocol, and easily forged anyway.

The envelope sender is the one to check.

No reason to think AOL or Yahoo would suddenly start paying attention to RFCs, is there?

Then again, the nice thing about standards is there are so many to choose from...
