help with possible spyware please.

Can someone help with this spyware?
I am not sure if I need to remove it...
Also the New Net get removed with spybot,but in the next boot get install again.

If you're referring to the Internet Explorer Q8185129, that's a cumulative patch for IE, it's not spyware.
