Just got off the phone with a Mediacom rep and he was real nice, said I could come back and get the 2 months half price and free hookup, yipee!!! I feel like the prodigal son, all the praying people help me out that I can convince Gloria to switch back ! I have a birthday coming up in April, Valentine's Day Hmmmmmmm!

I jumped ship a couple of months ago and went to a local TELCO, gtcom.net and the speed sucks! My question is if I opt to go back to medicom will I be charged a new installation charge or will they greet me with open arms and say "come on home, son, no problem?"

PS The reason that I switched from Mediacom a couple of months ago they had a couple of serious outages, been nice if they would have told us what they were up to then, would have saved a lot of angst. |
