| Montgomery Co, MD Rate Increase...
A new year and my Comcast bill was outrageous! I have the VIP package and was humming along. However, it went from a typical monthly expense, to looking like more of second trust on a mortgage or a car payment for that matter. Any ideas around this one? Has anyone switched to a new package for less than $100.00 that I cannot seem to find that includes HSI, and a lot of channels?
Thanks,
Alex |

| With all due respect, my first suggestion is to live within your means. You're going to pay a premium for top-of-the-line services (whether its regarded as top of the line or not, it's Comcast's top so they'll charge a lot). Drop down to basic or standard cable service and standard Internet. That should cost you around $65-$85 per month, plus additional equipment rental fees if needed.
That's the cable route. You can do satellite too, for more channels, but that might end up costing you more if you want to do that in conjunction with keeping your cable internet. |
