Start > Run:
type control userpasswords2
press enter.

Click on a username, then click Properties, go to the Group Membership tab and an option for Power User (or Standard User) should be there.

Bradenton, FL		 Can someone help in step by step in making a power user. I have other users on my system as limited and I want to be able to give them more rights thanks!
