The thing about getting Earthlink or AOL or whatever is because, since they don't own the wires, if something goes wrong thats City wide ::storm, ect:: then ur gonna be waiting in line. Often Cable and phone companies will fix their own customers up first and formost and get to you some other time. Its the hard truth but simple logic really.
