VPN Server

Can I use this tiny software as VPN server ? and how ?

Example:

Win98 with Ethernet to Internet to work as 'HOST' /VPN Server/ and Win98 with ISDN Dial-Up to work as 'CLIENT'

PPPoE and VPN and have nothing to do with one another, so no you can not.
