Question regarding DSL

Would Isomedia be able to provide DSL to me if as Verizon says, the DSLAM is full? I made a thread in the Verizon forum about it,(»No room on DSLAM?)
someone in there said that Verizon sometimes allocates spaces for resellers. The hitch comes in though that at your website the availability checker gives an error of some sort, to be exact it says, "We're sorry. We have encountered an error with your request. Please call us toll free at 1-866-838-4393 to finish your request or for more information." Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
