| [Vonage] Voicemail going down On the Vonage dashboard....
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide outstanding service and features, we will be performing a code upgrade on our voicemail system on Sunday 2/22/2004 from 3AM to 7AM Eastern Time.
During the course of this maintenance all services related to voicemail will be down. Callers will be unable to leave messages during this time, and you will be unable to access saved messages or change greetings.
At the conclusion of this maintenance, all old messages/greetings/settings will be restored. Nothing will be lost. You will not be required to re-record your greetings or re-set any of your options.
The expected downtime for this maintenance is 4 hours. During this time you will be able to log into your web account and route inbound calls away from voicemail. If you would like to do this, you would turn voicemail off and set call forwarding to an alternate phone number which is not on our network.
All other services will be fully functional, and none of your other account features will be affected by this upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this brief service interruption.
