hosting servers isn't very important for a vast majority of people, and caps don't apply to many of the services. RoadRunner (for example) doesn't have any caps. Sadly only Comcast makes the news =\

Road Runner does have caps. My cap is 40 Gig per month.

in almost the whole US (except for OH i think) there are no caps at all.
