Just thought I would note that we are going to be discussing this article today at the cable commission meeting. There are some problems with it which I did bring to the attention of the cable division and I think have been brought to the attention of the Press-Citizen (namely the implication by the headline that cable complaints are up as well, whereas they have actually been at some of their lowest levels in a while).
