| Re: [TWC] [TWC] wants wants to charge me $25,000 for RR Call your City Manager (or if your city is big enough, your utilities liason person) and ask them to get involved. You can also ask them to check the franchise agreement with the utility as most of them have some sort of clause about who/how they will provide service, and some agreements even have specific service levels included (i.e. they need to respond to issues within a certain amount of time).
