I also have been going around with Verizon and there inability to get my line free from the Northpoint problem, delt with this for 45 days trying to get Dsli up and running without any luck. One of the DSL people from Verizon even told me to change my number and the problem would be gone. Wrong answer still took about a week from that to get the dsl issue cleared up. As of now stuck on 56K and waiting till the end of the month when Comcast @home is up and running in my area. But would love to talk more about class action again Verizon. Without fail the worse people I ever had to deal with. |
