Fake or Flake, RIAA will never allow it to happen...RIAA wants the p2p world to disappear. Does anyone really think that RIAA would allow any form of legal OS that has any sort of music on it (IE wave, midi, streaming) to get by them without paying any sort of tribute (tax) to them....Me thinks not, and Linux is in there line of fire anyway for past infringements upon there perceived kingdom...

You don't live in Calif. do you...We've got this weird  appeals court out here widely known as the most liberal court in the country...RIAA has over 1200 lawsuits piling up in this court against software developers, p2p programs, the people that use them and every IP provider around...Paraniod, Nope, I just pay attention to what's happening in the world, maybe too much...But I prefer to be ahead of the game than behind the eight ball like so many people.... | |
