I will keep trying...keith .

You need to take some action at the jack to get your new modem to synch. You might be able to re-wire the jack off of the Yellow Black pair and onto the Red Green pair, you can get a line 1 line 2 "T" adaptor and plug your current modem into line 2, or you can also get a "line swapper" that will swap line one and line 2. -- It truly is the lowest level where we ALL make the difference.
