Megapath review vs forum posts

Reviews and ratings seem favorable - looking at the forum though seems there are a lot of complaints.

I dont understand why the bug difference.

Currently have verizon and they are solid but I have to move and megapath is offering me:

8 static IP's 1.5/386 50 e-mail addys 100 meg web - 79 per month.

Any other places to see reviews?
