Is this not the Sympatico Seasonal Service that's been around for a year already? Granted, it wasn't well advertised, but still...
The one difference I see is that email accounts are not suspended with the high speed service.

Toronto, ON | Can you confirm, shaner? Is this the Seasonal Service? If so, does this mean anyone who uses the SSS now can still access their email (from GetEmail or POP3, I guess) even when their accounts are frozen? |

Calgary, AB | You know what? Sympatico has been doing this for a while anyways. Last year when my HD blew up, I suspended my account, but I could still use the getmail from work. |
