No way, there is a new exploit going around that afects firefox that auto installs xpi files which can execute any desired virus/trojan.

I have not seen that, do you have a link?
I have seen where it prompts to install, but NOT auto-install.

Recommendations

No patch is available for this problem yet. A possible workaround is to disable Active Scripting in Internet Explorer "Local Computer" zone.

Follow these steps to disable Active Scripting in "Local Computer" zone. Warning: This procedure requires editing the registry. If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system.

1. Start Registry Editor (Click "Start" button, choose "Run", type "regedit" and click OK).
2. Locate the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Security_HKLM_only and set it to the value of 1
3. Locate the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0\1400 and set it to the value of 3
4. Restart Internet Explorer
5. For more information about restricting the "Local Computer" zone see Microsoft Knowledge Base article 182569

Those tests are highly subjective, rely on the people running them being aware of 'all' of the exploits out there, and furthermore, often seem to make utterly preposterous claims in results (such as the above about Firefox having an IE vulnerability)

I, too, would like to see some evidence of *any* exploit being used on Firefox right now, aside from one that relies on user failure. This forum contains many links to known, unpatched exploits on Internet Explorer, on the other hand.

I firmly resist making characterizations in response to questions like "is this more secure?" or "is this totally secure?" Those questions cannot be answered properly, at all. However, Internet Explorer is quite a target for exploiters these days. Whether that is due to it being "less secure" or simply due to market share, the fact remains that there is less about which to be concerned when using Firefox, or some other browser.

That said; using Firefox should, by no means, be a license to throw common-sense out the window.

I agree with dadkins.Hmmmmmm.

To get all zeros on the test all you have to do is click on the microsoft link at the bottom after you have gone through the test and go back and if you had a 1 at the high risk it will become a zero.

Excellent, at first I thought it was a mistake with the site when I got zeros. SP2 does a great job of blocking the ActiveX stuff.

If ActiveX is disabled, IE is relatively secure IMHO, but, nevertheless, I do think Microsoft should do their best to make it more secure. There are still lots of security holes in IE, most of which have been known for a very long time.
