[VoicePulse] No Incoming Calls or Ticket Numbers

Looks like all inbound calls to my VP numbers go straight to dead air. Also as an added bonus, it looks like their ticketing system is down. All emails or web support requests do not generate a ticket number nor a reply mail. Not a good sign.

It does not appear to be a system wide problem. I am still receiving calls without any issues. Have not tried the ticketing system as I do not have a problem.

Do you have a NY number or a Jersey number? The incoming call problem always seems to happen with PA,NJ and DE numbers.

Well the ticketing problem is solved:

C:\Documents and Settings\user>telnet krypton.voicepulse.com 25
Connecting To krypton.voicepulse.com...Could not open connection to the host, on
port 25: Connect failed

C:\Documents and Settings\user>ping krypton.voicepulse.com

Pinging krypton.voicepulse.com [65.192.192.177] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 65.192.192.177:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Their email server is dead as a doornail.

Well that explains it. They can never seem to get past this problem. It has been happening on an intermittent basis since May of 2003. Not really a big deal as they usually fix it quickly but when their email server is down also... no way to know it isn't working.

Are others having problems as well as Hooper See Profile or have you all gone to sleep?

Well they are aware of the email server problem.... but it is hosted elsewhere so it might be a while.

Their inbound email server is still down. So don't expect any help from them in the near future.

The inbound calling problem has been fixed.

Re: [VoicePulse] No Incoming Calls or Ticket Numbe

Dude, you're like a loose cannon. Half of the time you post that you've had them for a year and not had a SINGLE problem and the other half you say they're incompetent and have problems all the time. Which one is it? It's like your opinion depends on how your day went.

Why don't you just switch to Broad-Whatever?
