It doesn't work that way. This question has been asked, and answered, SO many times it's unbelievable. The simple answer is NO you can not get DSL without having PHONE LINE/SERVICE.

The main feature of ADSL is LINE SHARING!
If you want a dry pair, I'm sure Bellsouth will set you up with a nice T1 for a price. |
