I've been using SpyBot Search and Destroy (»www.safer-networking.org/) with SpywareBlaster 3.1 (»www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html). This is by far the best solution to malware & spyware I have come across. Ad-Aware didn't work as well.
