| Qwest stinks Their customer service is decent on the installation and support side, but I had a horrid nightmare of an installation from the provisioning and billing sides; don't get me started on moving a primary line over and disconnecting the "old" two lines in my home, it was a complete mess, took 4 months to resolve. Then they dug up my yard to install a line to the next door neighbor, didn't repair the condition as they found it, and denied having been there. If the contractor across the street hadn't been there and told me it was Qwest, they'd have continued denying. As it was, AT&T cable services fixed the damage to my yard, FREE OF CHARGE, as I pursued the issue with them after Qwest denied it. I have great things to say about AT&T, the area installation manager came to my house twice after I complained and resolved it, even though they didn't dig the trench. Qwest gets no second chances, they've run out of opportunity to screw up with me. |
