This appears to be a popular pastime of Dsl companies wishing to sucker people into their service; or more affectionately called a "planted" (fake) review.

I did a lot of looking, and while I'm sure there are other good ones, this one seems to be doing ok for me. I was simply trying to relay the info that I got so that others could benefit. I can't imagine why it would bother you so much that I would try to provide the info that I would be looking for if I were still trying to find an ISP. | |

Seguin, TX | Maybe you're working for another company here.. I haven't ever had a problem getting a hold of anyone. I had one time when my service dropped to slow speeds for a few days but that is the only problem I've ever had. WIREWEB DSL is great! | |
