I got a great deal!!!!!

I waited over 6 months and never got connected. However all that time I was received free dial up access from PSN. I also received a free digital camera as part of the sign up deal. Now they are out of buisness and I haven't paid them a penny. So I am least got a great deal from them.

CLASS-ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS

We definatelly need a class-action suit against these scammers. They also took $200 from me (The REBATE I was suppose to receive for the modem I already shipped back to them when I canceled my order). I've been trying to get my money back and now they went bankcorupted.

Doesn't anyone understand that end-users like us never get our money back when a company files for bankruptcy protection? You will get no satisfaction out of a class action lawsuit -- these crooks are cloaked in corporate protection.

To answer your question, you need an attorney to begin the class action (i.e., this suit)-- he/she will take it before a court of law in an attempt to identify class members and certify the class. It's a long, brutal process. Having participated in several major class action suits, I can assure you -- without reservation -- that the only folks who would make any money on a PSN suit are the attorneys (if it is possible to get anything out of them).

Check the internet for some major suits against bankrupt companies.

PSN.NET website and mail server now do not exist a

I noticed today that the psn.net website and their mail server do not respond because they no longer exist on the net.

I switched to Telocity.
