No Service?

You say it took 2 months from the install until it actually worked. It's been 2 weeks since I got my modem, and it hasn't worked, and I'm about to give up. This is intolerable. How did you justify waiting that long?

I ain't seen nothing

I am also in West Bend, WI.

I ordered Telocity before Christmas and I haven't heard a peep from them in any form whatsoever. I can't get through either and I don't show up on their order status page so I don't know what's going on.

I ain't seen nothing yet -------- literally nothing for 3 full weeks!

If you don't call to follow up, your order will never go through. Mine stalled out on the second step on the registration page and I had to keep calling them to complain. They finally realized they had my DSL phone number listed wrong with Verizon. So Verizon was working on the wrong line...whatever. Don't let it ride in hopes that they'll eventually get to it, becuase it may be stuck forever...

I've no patience when it's not what I sign up for

How can everyone else be patience with Telocity service. DSL is much faster than 56k modem, but not TELOCITY DSL.
Besides, their customer service is the slowest of all kind.
