hmmm....

I did the Telocity thing too......but they screwed around for too long (3 weeks) and had not even attempted to switch me or sent the Telocity Teleport (whatever it is), so I cancelled after wasting so much time with them. Plus, they are swamped with Megapath/Phoenix and Flashcom converts, in addition to PSN subscribers.

I went with DSLi.com.....as they are joined with NP also. In 7 days, I was up again, with some pushing from my NP installer [Thanks Jason!!!]

However, my installer did mention that the MSN/NP was a good combo if you are not concerned about upload, so you will probably be fine.

Hi:

Thanks for your message. At 256k more or less for upload that will work for me. My issue is I need nationwide roaming on dialup since I travel for work. I did contact DSLi, but they don't offer nationwide dial-up which bites.

I actually have had very good service with the Northpoint line. I'm still using the NP DSL line as I write this, so I consider myself very lucky, but I am ready with dial-up when it goes away.
