8 years, two houses, minimum headaches

I've had Ameritech/SBC/at&t DSL for 8 years in two houses. Except for occasionally restarting the modem, I've had no problems. If you ever have to move though, expect a lot of hassles getting the service to work. I've been here about 6 years, hopefully the service order process/provisioning has improved since then.
