Make Them....!

Get them off their lazy asses and tell them to route you out of Houston or somewhere close. Thats ridiculous. Could you imagine what your speeds would be like if they routed you closer, especially in the same state as you.

Rebate on Install

You must call Covad to get make sure they send out the rebate; Do not call Juno about this since the rebate is through Covad. When I called Covad about my rebate, I recieved it within two weeks.

This guy knows what he is talking about, it's the same for
any ISP that had a rebate offer with covad. Too bad covad closed all of their central offices in Buffalo, NY otherwise
