Not a cyberstation employee!

Hello,

First, I apologize sincerely for this happening to you! And I want to make it clear, you did not talk to anyone at Cyberstation, Inc. For years we had an answering service that answered after hours or overflow calls for us. It was a trade out deal for high speed wireless. On the last day of last year, with no notice, they decided to end our agreement and left us with no answering service. We have tried for a couple of months to get our phone company, Caprock, to change our busy/no answer forwarding to a new voice mail situation. They have had problems getting this done and it has been spotty, sometimes working and sometimes not. They have been purchased by a larger phone company, Mcleod and things seem a mess over there. So apparently, somehow the phone still got forwarded to this service, which we no longer use. The person that hung up on you apparently works for this answering service! It was not a Cyberstation employee nor did it have anything to do with Cyberstation!! We try our very best to offer excellent customer service and I emphasize to our front line technicians to give people what I call the "4 star hotel" treatment.
If you would email me at chris@cst.net or call me at 940.781.7603 I would be happy to give you a two months free on your DSL or other account and do our best to make it up to you. Please realize, this was not something under our control and it was not a Cyberstation staff member that hung up on you.
I sincerely apologize and I will take action right now to drop Caprock as our phone company and go with a telephone provider who can make these changes smoothly and without accidentally re-installing old call routing which we no longer use.
I can also assure you, if ever you were treated in such a manner by any Cyberstation employee, that person would be gone in a heartbeat. What happened to you should never have happened and I will make sure that our calls are routed correctly in the future. Contact me personally and I will do whatever it takes to make it up to you.
