More Money for nothing more than Verizon

Cape.com is a reseller of Verizon DSL Service at a higher rate than directly from Verizon with an added layer of buffering to get tech support.
Verizon will not address your problems directly because you are not their customer Cape.com is. Although that is not to different from the normal Verizon account customers for responses.
Cape.com must submit your complaint or problem for you to Verizon. Then they must wait to here from Verizon to give you an answer.
So where is the gain? Just a higher rate $56.00 vs $39.00 and additional people in between for tech support.

 Cape.com is not simply reselling verizon service. It may be verizon lines but verizon is not the isp. Verizon doesn't offer a static ip and requires PPPOE in order to operate. I know someone in my town with Verizon and he hasn't had nearly the luck with service as I have, he has no static ip (and can't get one), and his support is horrible. Your comment of more money for nothing isn't accurate. To me the higher monthly fee has been worth it.
