One but I encountered, though it's not part of the internet service. The NextLevel box seems to have been really confused by Arizona not going off daylight savings time at the end of October (AZ doesn't do DST). All my autotunes for the TV were off by an hour. What's worse, the Mon-Fri ones can't be deleted as it thinks they aren't set. I'll have to call support on that. | |

I LOVE IT! Haven't had an outage since August, 2000.
Very reliable and decent speeds. Regularly see 800k up and down. Sometimes a lot more if im downloading multiple files on irc.
Install sucked big time, but was still completed within 30 days from order. Very bizarre and poor coordination. Took days off work........yadyadayada.
Billing did credit me half month service because of this and I didn't even request it!
Over all I am very, very pleased to have a reliable broadband connection (and not paying for a T), but I also understand I am only one client of Qwest in the very CRAZY world of DSL/Broadband. | |
