Still not working correctly

Well, It's now April 3rd and my DSL is still not configured correctly. I still only have 608/90 when I ordered 7.1 MB. I realize that this is a Verizon problem, but the techs at Firstgate don't seem to have a clue about how to get verizon to fix this issue. I am currently waiting for the installation of a second phone line. I this is still prevails, I will order from ACEDSL on the second line and cancel this order. Acedsl has 2.1 MB for that same price that Firstgate charges for 7.1MB. Firstgate is cheaper but so far they have been unable to deliver.

It is now April 7th and my speed has been bumped up to 3904/640. The upload speed is right on target but the download speed is quite a bit less than what I ordered. It should be better as I am only 4000' from the C.O. Otherwise I am happy with what I have. It is very fast seems to be reliable at this point.
