| constant good? constant good? i've had them a while. ever since they switched to IP Communications from Covad, seems to be slower, even using a Hosts file to resolve addresses, sometimes takes over a minute to get assigned an IP#, and my system is on 24/7. could also be the DHCP they are using as opposed to static they had with Covad. they don't give callbacks, are very slow in responding to questions even when I have spoken with them physically on the phone, have to call back for the answers. other than that, they do check out problems right away. when they are in the office that is, ain't no 24/7 tech support. |
