| no problem service We signed up for a 23 location VPN with these guys. Not perfect (some locations did not qualify for DSL but they were able to get ISDN for us) but overall very good. All locations are up and going and we are very satisfied. Very technically oriented staff and able to solve some LAN problems at the site too. Good, fast speeds and good uptime. Easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile. Our company will use them again and recommend them to others. Keep up the good work, CST! | |

| VPN issues We also set up a multi-location VPN with Cyberstation, Inc. and overall it's been very good. The designed it and recommended the equipment and did all the configuration and security. We did have one problem however and it was with the Cisco PIX they like to use, has anyone had any timeout issues with the PIX? If you have the timeout set too low, your remote site will drop the tunnel if there is no traffic. This will drop any citrix or terminal sessions you may have to the main site. This was an issue until we called CST about this and they logged into the PIX at that site and found the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? Aside from that problem with the PIX at one site we are very satisfied, and we plan to order more locations from Cyberstation.
