I've never heard of them. Even their name sounds like a joke. So too apparently is their performance and support. You would expect to hear the name Brainlink in a sc-fi or spy movie spoof.

Brainlink? Hmm, given their performance and their ridiculous name, I suspect that their CEO is probably Tony Soprano. It is probably just a coincidence that your service is in New Jersey.
