Stick with it

The phone may take a while to get squared away. But if you stick with it, it will probably get worked out. My phones are real solid these days (not 100% as reliable as the ILEC phones, but probably at least 95%) and don't sound any different than my ILEC phones. But it took a month before they got to a decent state.

My data side has always been solid and very fast. Very few down times and those were for limited duration.

They are doing a lot of upgrading. . .

to the latest technology and software. I’m having problems that I didn’t before they started this last set of upgrades. But the Tech Support is beyond belief and they are doing anything they can do fix it for me. Even implementing my own suggestions. I have someone calling at least 200 times a day (well maybe 3-4) to see if I’m OK. Lets see the Bells provide that kind of service. NOT in my lifetime.
