I like Brand X, but I had the same kind of problems with Verizon. You get kicked from one department to another when you have a problem. It's like, dial 611 for repair, hit 6, hit two, listen to the hold music for half an hour, get transferred to Nashville Tenessee, I hate the runaround. That's why I decided to go with a local company. I spent about an hour on the phone with Verizon arguing about my bill today and nobody (even at Verizon) could make any sense of it. I hate Verizon. There's nice people there but the company as a whole, they suck. |
